Welcome to McLellan Consulting Services
McLellan Consulting Services (MCS) has provided fee-for-service consulting services to self-funded employers,
third-party administrators, stop loss carriers and managing general underwriters and specialty vendors serving
the self-insured group health market since 1990. MCS is the premier consulting firm in the self-funded industry.
Glenn McLellan has delivered well in excess of 200 public speeches in the last 10 years, including many for the
Self Insured Institute of America (SIIA), Texas Association of Benefit Administrators, Health Care Administrators
Association (HCAA), Qubic and various User Groups. In 1999 he was the chairperson for the TPA Track at SIIA’s
National Educational Conference in Washington D.C. In 2002 he developed and delivered the first TPA Academy for
SIIA, including 12 different “how to” presentations over 2 days. In 2003 and again in 2004 he presented TPA
University for HCAA.
In addition to public speaking engagements, Glenn has developed a wide range of training programs for TPAs, with
focus on sales, quality improvement, client implementation, stop loss and client retention and relationship management.
