MCS Tenets
From its inception, McLellan Consulting Services (MCS) has operated with several very important and differentiating characteristics:- All project work will exceed expectations and be delivered on time and within budget. Fees related to all projects are guaranteed.
- All project work will stand by itself. No project or recommendation will ever be compromised in an effort to sell additional consulting work. Additionally, all recommendations will be delivered with advice and tools required for implementation.
- MCS will operate independently, accepting no undisclosed revenue from any source related to work done for its clients.
- All recommendations will be based on the specific business needs of a client as well as their financial situation, culture, technology infrastructure and resources. At no time will a pre-formatted or general recommendation be provided that is not suitable for implementation.
- MCS will manage project-related expenses very closely to ensure that clients are not burdened by excessive charges due to poor planning and/or travel arrangements that are overpriced.
