MCS has consulted with such employers as the City of Las Vegas, Station Casinos, The Venetian, Volusia County (Daytona Beach) and Morgan Corporation.
Glenn McLellan has also recently been named Executive Director of the Tri-River Business Coalition, located in the Dayton, Ohio Area. This Coalition includes such employers as General Motors, Montgomery County, Dayton University, NCR Corporation and the Greater Dayton Hospital Association. His efforts for Plan Sponsors have included:- Over 50 Claims and Operational Audits, including review of randomly selected transactions and a comprehensive analysis of payer operational controls and quality programs. This includes reviews of health claims administrators and pharmacy benefit managers.
- Customized network development, including direct contracting with health care providers and selection of wraparound networks
- Several TPA selection projects, including development of a customized Request for Proposal that reflects the needs of the employer, facilitation of finalist presentations and site visits, negotiation of the contract and facilitation of the initial implementation meeting, and
- Ongoing plan management, including review of monthly financial and statistical reports, monitoring of payer service levels, calculation of funding levels, COBRA rates and IBNR requirements and quarterly plan performance reviews
