MCS has assisted over 20 vendors focused on the self-funded market improve their products and marketing directed to Plan Sponsors and TPAs. This includes:
  • Product development direction and oversight for vendors attempting to enter the TPA market or showing less than favorable results from initial efforts in the market. This has included technology vendors, pharmacy benefit managers and medical management vendors
  • Facilitation of TPA Focus Groups to gain feedback on products, services and initiatives, including solicitation of attendees to provide a diverse perspective and facilitation of the Focus Group using a script of questions developed by the vendor, and
  • Selection of appropriate business partners for vendors desiring to expand their product and service portfolio through partnership versus internal development.
