Stop Loss Carriers
Glenn McLellan has been a leading speaker at several industry meetings as well as a facilitator and presenter at Stop Loss Carrier/MGU Producer and Sales Conferences. Additionally, he has competed significant project work for several stop loss carriers/MGUs:- Developed TPA Evaluation and Stratification programs for 5 major stop loss markets, including evaluation questionnaires, criteria and scoring systems
- Completed independent on-site reviews of TPAs where there are questions on operational capabilities
- Built a PPO Database for a major stop loss market, including identification of PPOs available to its TPA partners, with managed care value assessed based on access, discounting and contract quality on tertiary care. This included review of tertiary care facility contracts for contracting methodology and outlier provisions, and
- Completed over 50 aggregate claim audits
