This includes:- Assisted over 150 TPAs in implementing “World Class TPA” strategies that align operational and marketing enhancements to maximize revenue growth and profitability
- Over 250 strategic business partner selections for TPAs, including claims administration systems, pharmacy benefit managers, medical managers, claims cost control components and web-based services. In this area MCS has averaged over $50 Million in annual contract placements
- Functioning as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer for several TPAs with severe operational issues that required immediate attention
- Complete marketing and sales assistance, including development of sales plans, branding, sales and account management incentive programs, marketing materials, web strategies, proposal streamlining and enhancement and improved finalist presentations and site visits
- Over 25 SAS 70 preparation and non-CPA reviews
- Several financial valuations and due diligence reviews related to the acquisition and divestiture of TPAs
